The location was great, very central. the staff was always available, ready to help with any questions i had. the breakfast was a good start to my day. It offered a decent variety.
My room lacked natural light. It felt a bit like a cave because of a large wall next to the window. the television was old, and the image was blurry. the street noise was quite noticeable, especially with the tram passing by.

I totally loved the hotel's location (it was super central!). the reception team was so helpful. i also appreciated the original features of the building. It gave it so much character.
it was a bit of a hassle to walk up to my room (i was on a higher floor!).

The staff was very helpful, arranged an airport taxi for me. The location is great, close to everything. I slept on the softest sheets and the room was quiet, even though it faced a main road.
I found no free water or coffee in the room. I thought that was a miss. The old shower had sliding doors which were a bit dated. Thin walls.
